We started NudgeNest because we were tired of missing the small stuff — the quick follow-up, the errand on the way home, the promise we made in passing. Existing tools were either too heavy or too unreliable. So we built something better.
Our Story
NudgeNest was born from a simple frustration: the reminder apps on our phones kept letting us down. Alerts buried in notification noise, clunky interfaces that took longer to use than the task itself, and sync issues that meant a reminder set on one device never arrived on another.
We set out to build a mobile-first reminder tool that prioritizes speed, reliability, and respect for your attention. One where capturing a task takes two seconds, and the nudge arrives exactly when — and where — you need it.
Today, NudgeNest serves students juggling coursework and part-time jobs, professionals managing back-to-back commitments, parents coordinating family schedules, and freelancers keeping client promises. Our mission stays the same: make sure the small things never fall through the cracks.
